All content, tools, and resources provided through the Pk.Accountants platform, including the Framework, Foundry tools, and Intelligence reports, are the intellectual property of Pk.Accountants. Members are granted a limited license to use these resources for professional purposes.

4. Member Conduct

Members agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive member information
• Use resources ethically and professionally
• Contribute to the knowledge grid when appropriate
• Uphold the reputation of Pk.Accountants

5. Limitation of Liability

Pk.Accountants provides resources and tools "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our platform.

6. Termination
