1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Pk.Accountants Strategic Alliance platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this platform.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership in the Strategic Alliance is subject to the following requirements:

• Must be a qualified accounting professional or recognized firm
• Commitment to the principles outlined in our Manifesto
• Agreement to maintain professional standards
• Participation in knowledge-sharing initiatives

3. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and resources provided through the Pk.Accountants platform, including the Framework, Foundry tools, and Intelligence reports, are the intellectual property of the Strategic Alliance. Members are granted a limited license to use these resources for professional purposes.

4. Member Conduct

Members agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive Alliance information
• Use resources ethically and professionally
• Contribute to the knowledge grid when appropriate
• Uphold the reputation of the Strategic Alliance

5. Limitation of Liability

The Strategic Alliance provides resources and tools "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend membership for violations of these terms or conduct detrimental to the Alliance's mission.
