Senior Advisors leave contact details for manual follow-up. We may ask for one small way to help.
Juniors build
Junior Builders receive the retail-shop case pack, record the Owner Briefing, and get manually routed after review.
What We Review
We are not looking for ratio recital.
Junior Builders start with the Owner Briefing Challenge. A weak answer lists numbers. A strong answer tells one clear story from the numbers, speaks plainly to the owner, and reaches one useful conclusion. AI tools are allowed for preparation, but you must disclose how you used them and the final explanation must be your own.
Senior Advisors do not receive the Owner Briefing case pack. They leave contact details for manual follow-up. Reviewed Builder outcomes are handled by email first, then practical next steps after review.
